5/6 Physics update and homework due 5/13

Hi folks,

Today we spent a bit of time really trying to fully understand these lenses and ray diagrams. We also worked with the behavior of convex and concave mirrors and learned how to draw ray diagrams for them.

Homework for next week is to:

1. Draw a ray diagram for a convex mirror. Put the location of the object farther than the focal point.

2. Draw a ray diagram for a concave mirror. Put the location of the object between the focal point and the mirror.

3. Draw a ray diagram for a concave mirror. Put the location of the object farther than the focal point.

4. STUDY!!!! Next week I'll spend as much time as necessary going over problems and questions. Please take the time this week to make sure you feel as comfortable as possible with the concepts we've covered this year. If you have any questions, bring them to class next week.
